Oncology Healthcare in China
Large hospitals in China continue to invest in oncology healthcare infrastructure and multidisciplinary treatment. Patients seeking a second opinion or evaluating treatment options can access corresponding medical services through selected medical institutions and multidisciplinary teams.
Selected hospitals offer diagnostic imaging, robotic-assisted surgery, and precision radiotherapy where clinically appropriate, to support accurate diagnosis and effective care.
Multidisciplinary teams (MDT) collaborate, evaluating and formulating treatment plans based on patient and tumor characteristics, where clinically appropriate.
Selected cancer hospitals provide integrated care across the entire treatment journey, including diagnostics, surgical oncology, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, subject to availability.

Patient Journey
A clear, six-step process for coordinating your medical care abroad.
We start with a conversation to understand your situation and explain what our coordination service does and does not cover.
We collect and organise your existing medical records, imaging and pathology reports, and translate them into medical Mandarin.
We submit the translated records to the Grade 3A oncology hospitals and departments we work with, and handle the administrative scheduling. Whether a case is accepted remains the hospital’s decision.
We coordinate a remote consultation or written case review and provide translation support, so the treating doctors can explain their assessment and the options they consider appropriate. All clinical decisions are theirs.
We provide administrative guidance on hospital admission, general administrative guidance on visas, and practical guidance on travel routes and accommodation options. You arrange and pay for your own flights, visas and accommodation.
During and after treatment we remain available for remote administrative liaison and follow-up coordination between you, your family and the hospital.
We provide logistical and coordination services to facilitate your healthcare journey. Ovantra Health does not provide medical services, diagnoses, or treatments. All medical consultations and treatments are provided independently by the respective medical professionals and certified facilities.
Understanding who does what is critical for a smooth international healthcare journey. Ovantra Health focuses strictly on coordination and translation, allowing you to focus on your health.
In 2022 our founder began caring for a close family member who had been diagnosed with cancer. Arranging assessment and treatment overseas meant handling translation, hospital enquiries, appointments and admission paperwork with no clear starting point.
That experience showed how much administrative and language work sits between a family and a hospital in another country, and how little of it families are equipped to absorb while caring for someone who is unwell.
Ovantra Health was founded in 2026 to turn that experience into a structured service: medical document translation, hospital and specialist coordination, remote case-review coordination, and administrative liaison for families in Malaysia looking at care in China.
We are not a hospital, clinic or medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe or decide treatment. Our work is administrative coordination and communication support: every clinical decision stays with the treating doctors, and patients and their families arrange their own travel, visas and accommodation.
A dedicated coordinator handling communication and administrative planning for your case.
Administrative guidance throughout the cross-border healthcare coordination process.
Here to Help
We know this journey can feel overwhelming. Here are some answers to help you understand how we can support you and your loved ones.
Depending on the diagnosis and hospital, patients may have access to surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, precision medicine, CAR-T cell therapy, and supportive care.
Yes. Many specialists can review medical reports remotely before recommending whether travel is appropriate.
No. Patients and their families must make their own travel, flight, and accommodation arrangements. We focus strictly on the medical coordination, document translation, and hospital admission guidance.
We understand that time is of the essence. Once your medical records are gathered, we can often arrange a tele-consultation within a few days so you get answers quickly. If you choose to proceed, the logistics for medical visas and hospital admissions usually take 1-2 weeks, and we assist with coordination and administrative arrangements throughout the healthcare journey.
Ovantra provides medical document translation and translation support during remote consultations. Ovantra does NOT personally provide an on-site interpreter in China. Where available, the treating hospital may provide an interpreter for in-person consultations. Availability should be confirmed with the hospital in advance.
